Electronic Data Interchange is the electronic exchange of business document data, such as purchase orders and invoices, in a standardized format between trading partners. EDI replaces paper document exchange yielding many benefits, including reduced cost, increased transaction speed, minimize errors and improve business processes.The EDI Module enables our customers to exchange business transactions electronically, reducing labor costs, and improving response time.
The system archives sent files in the Transaction Log and sorts by date sent and export file name. Each log includes attachments of the original raw data, as well as the transmitted EDI files.
The Module offers unlimited flexibility and extensive configuration options. Export Rules and Export Layouts can be configured to pull data via API, or simply upload your data from a standard Excel file.
The system then translates the data to compliant, clean claims employing ANSI X12, EDIFACT and HIPAA standards.
The EDI Module supports all standard X12 formats including 277, 278, 834, 835, 837, 999 and others.
